1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To open an account and use the buby88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. buby88 strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority in any particular jurisdiction.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with buby88 or any other gambling operator.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep your account details current at all times.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the buby88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual â whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods â is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.
buby88 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account registration process or during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
Upon creating a buby88 account, you will establish login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
- You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
- You must notify buby88 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You must use a unique, strong password and, where available, enable two-factor authentication on your account.
buby88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this clause. Any transaction carried out through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified buby88 of a security breach.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
buby88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (ā§ŗ) through the following approved payment channels:

- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposits
Deposits are processed in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within your buby88 account. buby88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. buby88 will endeavour to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). buby88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the buby88 account holder.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the buby88 cashier section and may vary by payment method, account tier, or promotional status. buby88 reserves the right to revise these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 Unspent Funds
If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, buby88 reserves the right to classify the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as described in the account terms section of the cashier. buby88 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy fee.
All buby88 bonuses, including the welcome bonus of up to ā§ŗ20,000, are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated within each individual bonus offer. Players are advised to read the specific bonus terms before opting in. 21+ only.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
buby88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
- Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully verified account in good standing.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed through the buby88 Platform are governed by the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on buby88:
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the buby88 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- buby88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Players will be notified and the original stake will be returned to their account.
- buby88 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnable amount on any single event or combination of events at its sole discretion.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing authority for Bangladesh Premier League matches) shall be final and binding.
- buby88 is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party network outages that may affect the placement or outcome of a bet. 7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the buby88 Platform. Any player found to be engaged in any prohibited activity may have their account suspended or permanently closed and their funds withheld pending investigation:

10. Account Suspension and Closure
buby88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
- A self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at buby88's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach, buby88 will process any verified withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and buby88 arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through buby88's internal customer support process.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the buby88 Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any applicable promotion, constitutes the entire agreement between you and buby88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
